Aquatic Physical Therapy & Beyond is looking for:
Physical Therapists
We look for jovial physical therapists who are motivated team players concerned with their patients and the business.
PART TIME: Send us your availability.
FULL TIME: Initial Schedule (you pick, either with lunch or without):
WITH A 1 HR LUNCH EACH DAY:
M 8-5 T 10 - 7 W 8 - 5 Thr 10 - 7 Fri 8 - 5
NO LUNCH (1 HR lunch of Friday for team meeting):
M 8 - 4 T 11 - 7 W 8 - 4 Thr 11 - 7 Fri 8 - 5
10 Paid Holidays per year, 10 Paid Vacation Days
Group Insurance: We cover up to $41.00/month dental & $256.31 medical, BCBS PPO plan, if there is any remaining premium left to cover it will be deducted from your pay check pre-taxed.
$2,000.00 Signing Bonus
Physical Therapists see on the average 8 – 10 patients per day. They see a maximum of 2 evaluations a day unless someone is out. They see on the average from 3 – 6 new evaluations per week. 1 hour treatment for all patients. PT’s are teamed up with a PTA for their patients, but we all work as a group, so the TEAM EFFORT IS A MUST & YOU HAVE TO BE MOTIVATED. We have a diverse patient load. Orthopedics, chronic issues and almost everything else, except wound care.
Motivation to help everyone’s PATIENTS, THE REST OF THE STAFF & THE BUSINESS is a requirement.
INTEREST IN AQUATICS IS A MUST.
Out Patient Private Practice Experience is a big Plus.
You have to smile quite a bit and be fun, yet professional. You have to be able to work as a team and assist whomever as needed. You have to be able to identify when something needs done and have the ambition to do it. We are a great group to work with and want someone who is compatible with such an environment.
